Per our periodic announcements during the weekly programs, we have tentatively planned on taking 56 devotees on a spiritual trip to West Virginia(New Vrindavan) and Pittsburgh (Sri Venkateswara temple).
The schedule is from July 31st Saturday 7AM to Aug 2nd - Monday evening.
The cost is $160 per person which includes shared accommodation and snacks both ways and lunch on Sunday.
If there are more than 1 devotee per family that are signing up, the cost for the 2nd family member is $140 and for the 3rd family member and beyond it would be $120 per person.
Requirement is for devotees to have valid travel documents. If you do not have Canadian passport, you will need to have a valid US visa.
If you are interested in joining this trip, please respond back to this email before June 11th with the number of family members who would be signing up . Based on devotee confirmation we will proceed with the rest of the arrangements(bus/accommodation/prasadam etc)
